And she was correct! Eventually, the duo separated, and Dorit recently filed for divorce. So, Erika picked the next man that Dorit should date, and it&#8217;s none other than rocker <strong><a href=\"\/tag\/john-mellencamp\/\">John Mellencamp<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-could-rhobh-s-dorit-kemsley-and-john-mellencamp-actually-be-a-good-match\">Could RHOBH&#8217;s Dorit Kemsley and John Mellencamp actually be a good match?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-spotify wp-block-embed-spotify wp-embed-aspect-21-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: Diamonds in the Rough: Dear Diamonds\u2026\" style=\"--aspect-ratio:16\/9;border-radius: 12px\" width=\"100%\" height=\"152\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/episode\/6hzYHvQz3F0M2jFHxnVHgB?si=FQgmF9fCSh6WnnAEFQSbRg&#038;utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After PK was spotted kissing <a href=\"\/show\/the-amazing-race\/\">The Amazing Race<\/a> alum Shana Wall, Dorit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/2025\/04\/26\/dorit-kemsley-files-for-divorce-pk-rhobh\/\">filed for divorce<\/a>. Now, Erika and her co-host, <a href=\"\/tag\/teddi-mellencamp\/\">Teddi Mellencamp<\/a>, discussed fixing Dorit up with Teddi&#8217;s dad on their podcast, Diamonds in the Rough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJohn should get with Dorit,&#8221; Erika told Teddi. &#8220;That\u2019s what [should happen].&#8221; At first, Teddi seemed shocked. \u201cThey could talk each other\u2019s ears off,\u201d Teddi quipped. Of course, John has been a steady support for Teddi amid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/2025\/03\/26\/report-john-mellencamp-super-dad-teddi-brain-tumors\/\">her cancer battle<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ladies then discussed how John has a private plane. \u201cHe rarely lets me ride on his plane, and when he does,&#8221; Teddi said, &#8220;It\u2019s filled with [cigarette] smoke.\u201d In a weird twist, both Dorit and John smoke, and they like the same <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/2024\/11\/21\/dorit-kemsley-discusses-smoking-scene-rhobh-season-14-premiere\/\">brand of cigarettes<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThey could smoke American Spirits [cigarettes], fly around in the [private] plane, talk each other\u2019s ears off,\u201d Teddi stated. However, Teddi was concerned that John&#8217;s private plane might not be \u201cbig enough.&#8221; RHOBH viewers know that Dorit is particular about her travel options. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still, Erika felt that she was on to something good for Dorit and John. \u201cThat\u2019s what we need to do. We need to get your father and Dorit together \u2026 This might be a good idea,&#8221; she stated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there are a couple of issues standing in this imaginary coupling&#8217;s way. First, John doesn&#8217;t drink, so Dorit would have to scrap her beloved Belvedere Vodka and club soda with three lemons. Oh, and John has a girlfriend.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John and Kristin Kehrberg have been dating since 2023. \u201cKristin, we love you, but if it doesn\u2019t work out,&#8221; Teddi said, &#8220;we\u2019ve got Dorit here in the corner.\u201d Meanwhile, Erika said, \u201cI\u2019m so sorry! I didn\u2019t know!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bravotv.com\/the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a>\u00a0is available to stream on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TELL US &#8211; WOULD DORIT AND JOHN MAKE A GOOD COUPLE?
